Description: In this online workshop, learn mindfulness-based strategies for finding calm within, even when the world is stormy. Through acknowledging and accepting our feelings, comforting ourselves in times of difficulty, and recognizing our common humanity, we can weather challenges that come our way with increased calm, kindness, equanimity.

Participants in the workshop will: 

  • Leave with practical tools to take into daily life 

  • Learn a process for dealing with difficult emotions when they arise 

  • Work with difficult emotions through guided mindfulness practices
